Currently, we do not offer the this facility. Our delivery partner will attempt delivery of your product on the date mentioned against your order.
The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.

In the rare case, the order gets delayed. We request you to contact our customer support by clicking here. You can also contact courier company.

We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our customer support by clicking here.

As per our policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

We’re sorry! Since your product is already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

If your product has been cancelled, it may be because of one of the following reasons.

  • Technical issues related to pricing information.
  • Non-availability of the product(s).
  • Payment problem identified by the Fraud Detection Department.
  • Courier serviceability issue at your location.
  • No response by you at the time of order phone verification.
You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
  1. Go to My Account here at https://www.kartheart.com/myaccount and sign in when prompted.
  2. Click on the "View All Orders" Button on the bottom side and Select the Order you wish to return.
  3. On the order detail page, you will see "Return" button on the bottom of the page, click on this button.
  4. Fill in the details and submit a return request
  5. Our team will review and approve/cancel your request within 2 days.
  6. After approval of the request, you will be notified about pickup/self-ship of your product. In the case of the pickup, your product will be picked within 1-4 days and it can take 4-8 days to reach us. In the case of self-ship, you must courier product within 4 days.
  7. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement, Exchange or Refund is initiated within 1-3 days.

You can track the status of your return request instantly from the My Returns section of your KartHeart account.

For a person living in a metro city, the order will reach within 2-3 working days. For all others, the items will be delivered within 3-7 working days.
We provide FREE shipping on order above Rs.599. For orders below Rs.599, we will charge Rs.49 as delivery charge.
